Our online and in-store shopping & delivery regulations during Level 4.
We are officially open for trade under Government’s Level 4 regulations.
Under these regulations both our physical stores and our online store may trade, selling a limited list of products and categories as permitted by Level 4. We have published a list of cleared products below.
Online Orders & Deliveries
While we’ll only deliver products in the permitted list, we are taking orders on all products. Our store and workshop environment is geared with the required health and safety protocol to ensure your safety and that of all staff and employees.
How does this work?
- Add any product(s) to your cart.
- Checkout and pay as per usual.
- We will then deliver all Level 4 products.
- Non-permitted products will only be delivered once allowed by the Government.
Our Stores
All our stores are open with limited staff on duty. Our trading hours* may vary due to lock-down restrictions.
9h00 – 17h00 weekdays
08h00 – 13h00 on Saturdays
*This will be monitored and adjusted as needed.
Only products permitted by Level 4 regulations will be sold from 5 May 2020. We have taken great care in ensuring a safe shopping environment for everyone coming into the store, this includes face masks and protective equipment for our in-store staff.
In-store rules
You will be required to wear a face mask when entering the store. You will need to adhere to our social distancing measures, this includes a 2 meter following distance, limits to the amount of people in store and using hand sanitizer provided.
