6. Cancellation & Returns
Cancelling Orders
- You can cancel your order at no charge before it is dispatched.
- If the order has already been delivered, you can cancel within 7 days. You must return the product unused, in its original packaging, and cover return shipping costs.
Returns
- Products must be unused, with all original packaging, parts, and accessories. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be refunded.
- We’ll process refunds for approved returns within 30 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 10 days. We’ll collect, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
7. Deliveries
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors.
- Once delivered, the risk for the product passes to the buyer.
8. Gift Vouchers & Coupons
- Gift Vouchers: Valid for 6 months and can’t be exchanged for cash or extended.
- Coupons: Can only be used for eligible purchases and are subject to terms of specific promotional campaigns.
