VW’s facelift of the Amarok and introduction of the V6 engine option in November 2016 retained the longitudinal ribbed original equipment under panel as per the previous model Amarok. With the addition of the 4 cylinder model to the facelifted range, VW have redesigned the OE under panels on both the 4 cylinder and the V6 model Amarok.
To allow fitment to the redesigned OE under panels a new Summit Sahara bar has been developed for the MY17 Amarok. Currently the 3970020 Sahara Bar is suitable for fitment to the MY17 Amarok fitted with the OE longitudinal ribbed under panels.
The ARB Summit Sahara bar features the latest styling from ARB including press form cover straps, larger ARB fog light and surround, three piece split pan grill with access doors for winch clutch operation and a recessed winch control box mount for a sleek, integrated appearance.
